I am not a professional detailer but I do work on the weekends for word of mouth customers and friends/friends of friends etc.
It was pretty rough and definitely wins the prize for dirtiest interior ever encountered by this detailer
I used a mix of Meguiars, C.G., Black Diamond, 303 and Optimum products with multiple pads LC on a PC 7424.
Before pics:
Pretty rough as you can see....
After. Sorry no sun shots it was 8pm
Well there you have it; any tips or recommendations feel free but I think I did a pretty good job and the owner was very pleased with the results!

Which Optimum products are you using? I just ordered some OPT Compound II and Polish II based on some online reviews. I'll be trying it out next week on my wife's neglected Taurus X paint using a new Griot's DA polisher.
I'm also curious how much you charge for a job like that. I'm not exactly looking to start a detailing business, but like you might be up for doing some weekend jobs for friends.

From Optimum I use their metal polish and No Rinse (in multiple ways). For polishes I use Meguiars and Menzerna.
I charge according to paint condition, what the owner expects and the size of the vehicle. For this job I charged $250 because he didn't want a concours finish (single stage correction with sealant) and I didn't shampoo carpets. If he would have wanted multi stage correction and wax instead of sealant with a shampoo then I would have charged $500 or so.

I know you didnt shampoo the carpets, but what did you use to clean the rest on the interior?

any special tools you used to keep the exterior mint and shiny? It took some time but it really looks great specially the wheels.
