Sorry for the repetitive thread, just wanted an updated title to reflect the mileage and price.

As the title states, I'm looking to either sell OR trade my 2011 4dr GTI Autobahn 6spd. Asking $24,500 or trade (details below). MSRP was $30,830. COMPLETELY STOCK!
CARFAX: http://www.carfax.com/cfm/FSBO.cfm?r...48CA91F3DF054F
Carbon Steel Gray
Black Heated Leather Seats
RNS-315 Nav
Dynaudio
Kessy (push-button start)
11,100mi
6 speed manual
bi-xenon headlights
Rubber mats and back mat with blocks (not shown)
etc. etc.
Car came with rubber mats and trunk liner as well!
No mods whatsoever! Only thing I installed on it was mudflaps (still surprised that it didn't come with them)
Had the turbo clip install to stop the rattling.
Had the oil changed at 5k miles just for good mesaure (have all paperwork, done at dealership)
Car is in mint condition, no accidents/issues.
Now on to the trade. I'm looking for a MKV 2009/2010 Jetta Wolfsburg with a manual transmission (plus cash) no white!
If you must call, my phone number is 816-200-0312. Thanks again!

More people interested, more bumps to be had. Probably will end up trading it in soon so they can mark it up to $27k

I'm not an expert. But it might be the price and the fact a new gti is coming towards the end of the year

To clarify.
MK7 GTI will be in Europe by year end... we wont see it here in the states towards 3Q+ 2013.
There is also no guarantee a shared platform Golf will be any better than the MK6.
If you have been around VW long there has been two backwards sliding generations of GTI's (MK3 and MK4).
IMO this MK6 generation is by far the best GTI.
Buy this one for $24k and enjoy for a few years... then when the first year bugs are worked out of the MK7 buy that!![]()

In all honesty, I'm surprised that I'm having so much trouble selling it for $24,500. Sorry that I can't move on price as I've been quoted $24,000 as a trade-in at multiple places, would rather sell here, but if the dealership gets a car in that I want, obviously I'll trade it in.

If dealers are offering you $24k tell them to "buy bid" the car.
That way you sell the car instead of having to trade in.
People sometimes don't know that they will buy your car without you buying theirs.
When I worked at a dealers eons ago we did this quite often... like Carmax any dealer will do this.
