Beautiful wheels! Great price too (just saw on Emkay6).

They really do look small for an 18" must be my eyes playing tricks on me.

Put my stock tail lights back on. Tried to get rid of the moisture in the LED tail with a hair drier and wound up with a puddle. Hopefully somehow I can buy a replacement without having to buy a whole new set or else that was 800 dollars down the drain.

True that, didn't think about that

Do the R tails have problems keeping water out? or is it just that set?

I guess now we know why they weren't DOT approved, they aren't submersible.

No really, for $800 you should be able to put them under water and keep them sealed. I have a fly or something in one of mine. Nothing is perfect.

I have seen some water in mine after washing but it's usually just evaporated.

I have a giant mosquito in one of the inner lights. I have no idea how he got in there. I've been just too lazy to try and get him out

It's hot but since the car has been out of service I hadnt washed her this week. Found a new way to wash in the sun; wash hood and fenders, rinse then pull front of car into shaded garage. Next wash two front doors and first two feet of roof, pull into garage a bit further, etc etc.

Just got done claying, now it's time for Meguiars Ultimate Polish then NXT Tech Wax 2.0. (need to use it up before my PC 7424XP order)

Car runs like new again. Service department definitely paid attention to the TB harness TSB this time. Wires are taped up nice and tight, no more loose wiring!

Alright Meguiars Ultimate Polish dries way too damn fast. Having to follow up with quick detailer for the car, and blue moon for me. Gonna be staggering before I get to wax her.

use the P/N off the light that leaks and order from ECS.

I know 3 locals with oem R tails that all have condensation in theirs.

On a side note, my reps seem to not be having this problem and I daily drive my car.

I'd first ask about warranty before ordering. Condensation at such an early age would make me livid.

      OT

Washed, clayed, polished, painters taped, taking a break before waxing her as it's really effing hot outside.... just aint cutting it.

When I asked them about it they said they have a 1 year warranty. I purchased mine 15 May 2011 and they shipped the 20th, so I was about a week out of warranty when this happened. I'm just glad I didn't have to buy a whole new set. $190 is much better than $690.

I'd still push the warranty, one week? Seriously? They should honor it, push the issue. Grab your cajones and go to town on them.
