Bike Rack Question

I asked this in the Golf V/Jetta V, but they gave me no help. Hopefully Rocky Mountain forum delivers?

I own a '07 GTI and looking for a hitch that will clear with the OEM votex bumper. I looked Curt #1011740 but from pictures that I've seen it doesn't look like it would fit since the votex comes down lower and has a diffuser. Also looked at the Draw-Tite Hidden Hitch, however from this and other photos, it seems that it bends the bumper.

I'm not looking for a roof rack or a hatch door rack.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This post has specs. You can prolly use washers or something equivalent to accommodate the votex bumper cover.
