Light came on last night while driving. Checked manual and see no explanation like a required check at 65K. No obvious symptoms. Ideas?

So your CEL came on and I will assume it is running fine since you said nothing of rough idle or stumbling while driving it. CEL has nothing to do with service intervals. If it is in fact on and running fine you have an emissions issue that needs to be resolved. Could be a bad or dirty 02 sensor, but you would need to get it scanned to find out for sure.

Had not thought of an 02 sensor. Makes sense. I will be scheduling a scan to see what it yields. Thanks.

Recently refuel and didn't tighten the gas cap?
