Lately, I've had the nagging feeling I want to get back into a Porsche. There just isn't quite room enough for 8 cars so one is going to have to go.

I've had this since new. To say this car is babied is an understatement. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm incredibly "particular" about my cars. It's a 2006 so it's got the early accessories/features... blue glass (love this!), headlight washers, etc.. All options except DSG (leather, nav, xm, Huffs, Climatronic, Cargo gear w/ rear mat). I've added quite a few euro parts & accessories... Bilstein/H&R, 19" BBS CH's (both wheels and suspension installed at 10k miles), mudflaps, clear bra, projector fogs, blacked out mirror housings, under-seat drawers (both sides), aluminum ashtray cover, euro cup holder, monster mats (never used), euro spoiler, rear fog, euro headlight switch, lower poly insert, open grilles, painted side markers (still have originals), OEM iPod dock insert (in armrest), CD changer (currently removed for iPod dock insert)... I'm sure I'm leaving out a few things. Factory suspension is included in sale.

No one has ever sat in the rear seats and there has only been one person in the passenger seat (my wife) and that was maybe 10 times at the most (including my wedding). This car has never been chipped (really, I'm 41 years old, my fast driving days are over), needless to say "abused" or driven hard (well, there was that one time I romped on it to scare the wife). It's got 26k miles on it and doesn't see rain. All maintenance, and campaigns done by my local VW dealer (Armstrong). Tires are at about 50%. Huff's come with it, albeit without tires (took them off a few weeks ago for the new wheels on my JSW, no sense in letting them rot). I don't really want to sell it and reserve the right to remove this listing should I come to my senses or should my wife threaten to kill/leave me.

It really is a fun, clean little car. I'd like to see $19k for it but I'm negotiable. Please, don't insult me or embarrass yourself by lowballing. I don't have it on any other board but that will change next week depending on how committed I find myself to selling it.

    Pics...

Just wanted to say, DAMN, very nice sir

Exactly everything I would do if I bought a MKV GTI, down to color (I have CH's on my JB 20th also), perfectly OEM+.

Good luck with the sale, if I had the cheese, I'd of bought it yesterday

Beautiful car. I find myself missing my old mk5 gti a lot lately, but I have to wait to close on my house before I get another car.

Thanks for the comments. I'm having a really difficult time selling this. I know I'd never find another one but I don't have the space for another car. The best scenario would be for someone to just up and snatch this up so I could avoid the agony of seeing it in the garage every day, waiting to go.

It's weird the emotions that get brought up when selling a car.

I can totally relate. I had some very mixed feelings when I decided to part out my mk3 gti to save for a house down payment.

Not really. As you can tell, I'm quite into the car as a whole and as such, feel they belong with it.

I know how that goes. Not my cup o tea as a whole. But I hope it goes to a good home, I can tell you wouldn't have it any other way.
