Thread: Can you lower coilovers without the tool/ other coilover questions

    Need to lower mines asap. Got new wheels and got a gap that i do NOT like.

    Another question, what tool is needed to lower coilovers, i might as well just buy it.

    anddddd that bring me to one more, my rear coilovers dont go low enough... can i keep the fronts and just buy rear? maybe diff brand?

    mk420th google search for "coilover wrench *insert coilover brand name*" they're like 10 bucks.

    some companies will let you buy just a rear or front pair. call some up (ECSTuning etc) and just ask.

    You could also order a different length of spring, typically the rear spring is about 10 inches long so order a 8 inch coilover spring.

    Thanks Pink, Ive been looking to buy a wrench like that but could never find one.
