I may be wrong in this, but it looks like the dash has been subtly redesigned as well: it appears as though the recess for the MMI screen has been shortened so that it is slightly more flush with the dash.

looks like the Q7 style tails. Roof rails are the same... new type German rails. Toobad they done offer a roof rail delete like the X3.

Uh, no. It's a bland design dressed up to appeal to the rich folks. It's styled perfectly to appeal to the conservative masses, meaning boring.
