Never mind found the problem. the short was in the ribbon cable between were it exits the transmission and pugs into the harrness, the resulting code was (circuit open N91 code).
wires for solinoid 3-4 were shorted out with each other . pulled ribbon cable off and tested all circuits revealed the problem..
