ez shim adjustments???help please

so got new struts and lower springs on 96 golf and got the ez shim to fix ..
have tire alignment readings and now need to figure out this chart and were they need to be....
the left rear is at -1.31 _1.32 and needs to be _1.67 1.33 degrees....
the right is _1.77 _1.76 for camber ..
toe is 0.19 and needs to be 0.08 0.25 left side
toe right side is 0.30

so any help would be great!! or at least how to read this chart...
