B5 a4 2.8q fs/ft (needs trans)

Hey guys, its been a while since I have been on the Vortex but recently I got sucked right back in. Im looking to sell or trade my Audi for a Running mk1 or 2 coupe.

A few yrs back I blew the trans on my Audi. and I mean blew it. The flywheel started slipping at 75mph and ended up seizing to itself and spinning until it exploded out of the transmission housing. (& actually cracked one of the threads that connect the trans to the lower half of the block) At the time I didnt have the money to fix it but fully intended to, although I also had my mk3 Jetta and ended up just driving it instead and indefinitely. Well now a year has passed since I sold my Jetta and fixing my Audi is still out of my budget and/or ability. Be it the car is in my Parents garage in Mesa and I live in SF. So I am looking to sell it to someone who would be willing or able to throw a new trans/lower half of a block in it. Or just swap it.

The Car has less than 95,xxx on everything and has never been in a accident. There is one small dent under the license plate on the trunk but otherwise body is immaculate. It is white with gray and black leather with the S-Series woodgrain interior. Full power everything and sunroof. Also has the small "Euro" passenger mirror.


As mentioned I am looking ideally for a trade for a running/or close to MK1 or MK2 coupe. But would consider other offers.

Sorry man not looking for low balls… Bodys great on this car and low miles and Im in no need to sell the car, plus, what Im really looking for is a trade for an MK1or2 coupe. It can live in my parents garage until I get around to it myself if need be. THX tho.

Pretty low, and like I said Im in no rush. Its a 2.8 with all the S-series accessories so 300 wont go. I could part half of the interior and make twice that.
