1973 Honda cb350f cafe project with parts bike

I have a 1973 honda cb350f cafe racer project. It has about 18,800k on it. I put new plugs and battery in it. It has a new chain, new rear brakes, and a oil change. I did all that and then found that the head gasket blew. I then bought another bike same year and all for a parts bike. I swapped the head gastket and then something else went wrong. The motor is seized up and I called it quits. I havent torn apart the motor to see why though. Im looking to get $1300obo for both the bikes.

Good looking bike. Bump. Is the motor frozen, like won't turn over at all? The other motor just has a blown head gasket? Can you elaborate on the engine issues?
