Are there any aftermarket drawers, doors, etc. available to make all the open storage cubbies in the Tugan dashboard more usable? That tray on the top of the dash, and the cubby below the climate control seem especially unusable in their present state.

Also, I don't get the use for all the slots both at the top and bottom of the dash that seem designed to hold credit cards or something... what is their use and why 5 of them?

i think there are 5 credit card slots because you need them to feed Tiguan premium gas

in the owner's manual, says the bottom slots are for Maps

These aren't expensive, and they are OEM.

    Underseat drawer.

I saw a reference to those drawers in the owners' manual, and even checked to see if I had them the next time I drove my Tiguan... and I don't. From that listing, looks like they aren't compatible with power seats, which I do have.

    Passenger side isn't powered

I'm thinking about getting one for my pass side seat, especially since the glovebox is a bit on the small side.

If you think the glovebox is small, wait until you see the draw in person

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I thought the drawer wasn't compatible with the passenger seat due to the airbag sensor getting in the way.

If not, I'd love to add one to the passenger seat of my 2012.

    Hmm, NO clue.
Suggest sending an email to oemplus.com for clarification...

For us military peeps, the card slots are awesome for holding my ID card to get on base. Now why there are so many, i have no clue but its awesome for me.

Exactly...awesome! At my previous base, I had to show my ID 3 times before I got to my place of work (a little overkill, but still). I've also used it to hold parking garage tickets.

Now the bottom, larger ones...not sure.
