You need a pump from an 87-90 for cis-(e). A digifant pump will not work as far as I know as a main pump as the fuel rate and pressure differs. Did you check the fuse and fuel pump relay first?

Fuel issue!

I have an 89 Fox and the fuel pump went out on it last week. Ive replaced the fuel pump with one out of a 93 Fox and all it took was alittle bastardization and re-wiring. I installed it and the pump works however its not pumping any fuel. I know pumps generally work best when there is fluid running through them but how do I get fuel running through the pump? I checked if I wired it wrong and its working correctly. Please help!

Main pumps are not compatible. You also have a pump in the tank as well. Check that one out too
I really suck at smog.
