Like the title states I'm in NE FL and need some VagCom help with my 2010 Jetta TDI. Specifically LED tail lights and remote windows. Thanks in advance!

    Go to this link...

... in the first post there is a "BOX", put your Zip Code in the "BOX", and go from there.

    EDIT:
Remote windows are good to go, but LED Tails on a 2010 MKV Jetta are a horse of a differrent color.

    Tim,

    Thanks for your response!

I tried the VagCom locator first. Contacted all the people in my area, but to no avail. Didn’t get any replies.

I’ve read most of the info on the issue with the tail lights. At this point, I’m just looking to get the cold diagnostics turned off so I don’t damage the LEDs. I’m determined to get the amber signals to work, but may need to do some out-of-the-box thinking…. Thanks again.

I just noticed that you are working on a 2010 Jetta with LED Tails.
Try the Technical/Vag Com Forum for the the thread concerning the 2010 Jetta Led Tail Lights.
You may find someone within that thread.

As you read through this post, you will see what you are up against...

Oh, I know! I had been holding out hope for a long time that someone was going to crack the magic code to get ambers to work, but that's all but dissipated at this point. Of course, until I can get the cold diagnostics turned off, I'm afraid to even install the lights!

Checkout Jaxdubs.com for NEFL VW community
Also, Scott at Tint Specialist West has VagCom/VCDS and will probably help you for a small fee.. there's also WagenWerks, and Technical Dimensions, and EuroSpec, which are all decent shops that will only charge 1/2 hour to 1hr labor
