thought about it, but i have black skirts & oem golf 6 grille coming in...so probably not. i'm already bottoming out the sides of the front bumper anyway, a lip would get destroyed around chucktown. these roads suck.

also, i dont want red trim anymore...i feel like if i go any further i'll look like im trying to be a honda or something...considering i saw a black civic an hour ago with too much green trim...typical honda. ha.

Nice fitment on that exhaust. Looks nice and snug. I wish the APR exhaust fit that well.

did the white grille strips today...white wheels coming soon...

most likely getting VMR 710's, powder-coated white. 18x8.5...
either those or Keffer had some really nice white wheels at SoWo, but they were 19s... tough choice.

Fitted the Thule 44" Fairing today.

Followed a DIY that I google searched. All i did was drill a couple holes through the first two layers of the underside of the front basebar and attached screws with fasteners inside the bar. Then cut the things that attach the fairing to a thule rack to make it so it would just screw on to the oem base bar. fun stuff, took about an hour!

now when i actually use the rack for fun stuff it makes ALOT less noise. ha and looks decent without anything on the rack.

i couldnt either. but my roommate pulled the trigger and bought it for my b-day. let me tell you, it is the best investment possible. i love the thing. i may have been doing fast in a 25mph on-ramp onto a 3mile long bridge (the ravanel bridge, in chucktown) this morning, and it picked up a Ka band radar. so i slowed down to the bridge speed limit and had a nice cruise over it. at the bottom of the other side, on the opposite side of the road, is hwy patrol. it picked it up where he couldnt get me. 3 miles away. amazing. by far the best thing i have for my car right now.

    Nice

It's like all the reviews from stores and sellers point out to the 9500ix. But all actual user experiences point to the V1. Guess I might go with the latter..

It's like all the reviews from stores and sellers point out to the 9500ix. But all actual user experiences point to the V1. Guess I might go with the latter..
i had the same thing. my buddy who swore by his V1 is what got me looking. then my other buddy talked to him and decided to buy it for my bday haha. it really does the trick. every single day. especially with so many cops around here...

    definitely recommend it.
