Like I said before, I think you should stop bitching and pay attention to your own music instead of his. If you can't do that, have a grown up conversation with the guy. Now if he's truly being passive aggressive, then you're stuck following my advice or losing your music privileges, all the while knowing that that other guy won.

My shop has a Friday afternoon dance party where one guy blasts the local pop station at full blast for 5 hours. It's all in good fun, we normally listen to the alt rock station or classic rock station, three radios in our shop tuned to the same station. Only guy who doesn't like the music is nearly deaf anyways.

That being said, grease his box handles, change the fittings on his air tools, block them from inside, fruit in his box Friday night to discover Monday morning (or orange juice, ferments quickly).
