Dealer or reputable repair facility service records UP TO DATE!
Black or Cream color leather, No alcantara
Less than 70k miles
100% working electronics
Not Silver or Dolphin Gray
6 m/t!!!
Sedan only
2 owners or less
You need to have at least 500 posts here or Audizine or similar with a good rep on the forums.

Things I would be o.k. with:
Name brand mods/parts installed correctly.
Paint blemishes.

Pics I need:
Underside pics! Underside pics! Specifically suspension, front and rear subframe.
Don't even respond if your not willing to take at least 6 underside pics.
Exterior front, rear and both sides.
Interior dash pics with all electronics turned on, radio, nav etc. detailing mileage
Seats front and rear
Trunk.

My target purchase month is December 2012. Not in a hurry, but if the right one comes up...
If things are looking good and I decide to buy the car, I may ask you to take the car to the local Audi dealer and have them do a buyers check.

Im not trying to be a p.i.t.a. I would prefer to buy from another enthusiast than some dealership that's just gonna tell me what I want to hear.
