So the top of the structure is going to be our best bet for a shoot...now the only problem is figuring out when to do it...

Friday is the kickoff party and Saturday is the cruise followed by the BBQ and show and shine, which pretty much leaves Sunday open.

If Sunday this year is anything like last year, it is closing ceremonies, check out, and leave as quick as possible.

And some of us have real lives in neighboring states to get back to, THAT is the rush!

i didn't get premier parking, but if you guys are down to park together i'd be down to buy a spot! how many of you guys bought a parking spot?


I'm not familiar with the hotel/area but i'm willing to help out with any organizing that needs to take place. I'll PM my cell to alpinee90. I will be bringing my camera + gopros, but i'm definitely no professional photographer.

well guys it looks like I'm pretty booked that weekend, but these are the times I'm available:

Saturday - after the cruise / before the show (maybe about 12 to 4?)
Sunday - after the awards ceremony (afternoon)

i know some people wont be sticking around sunday, but the saturday time could work. the top of the structure would be empty and it should give us enough time to shoot before the show starts.
