    2007 VW Jetta Wolfsburg Edition

I have the opportunity to trade in my 2007 VW Jetta Wolfsburg 2.5 with 40K and get a 2006 Audi A4 2.oT Quattro with 60K... and maybe lower my car payments (great since we are buying a bigger house). I love my Jetta, but there have been some gremlins since I bought it.. it has an alignment issue I have not worked out yet.. and it is temperamental in regards to if it wants to register the driver door opening and closing ( I have left my lights on twice now due to not hearing a ding and it gets annoying at night as no interior lights come on. I am a big fan of the A4s and the all-wheel drive will be great. I just don't want get myself into anything.. I have heard the quality is sub-par on these and that they are maintenance whores. I have zero experience with Audi so thats why I am leaning on you guys.. but I also had zero experience with VW and to some regards heard the same thing, but that has turned out good as I can now buy nothing other than VW/Audi. I just want to make the best choice.. and I know the specifics of any vehicle can determine if its a bad choice or not and I will check car fax, etc. but over-all I want your opinions... Thanks for your help!

The B7's are better than their predecessors as far as maintenance goes. That said, 60k is still quite a jump from your car and it (the A4) has no warranty on it I am guessing! I would try to find one with a warranty (maybe certified) still if you can afford it :thumb up:

If you want some more help (like from people that have B7's themselves, unlike me ) I would post this question to the B7 A4 forum
