    Hi all
    Im starting landscpaing work in the next week and im looking for some good food guidlines.

    the days will be 10-12hrs intensive work im wondering what you recommend for
    Breakfast:::

    worktime snacks:

    Food doesn't change just because you are working labor- just eat so that you aren't too lazy to work. Obviously if you have other goals outside of simple survival, you will need to adjust. You'll be burning a lot of calories, so bulking will be hard without the extra caloric intake. Dieting will be simple.

    Bam. There is the answer.

    i was more curiouse as to what foods will give me more energy.

    No fast food, no junk food and no energy drinks.

    Can you bring a cooler of some sort? Like most of us here, just prepare a weeks worth of food on Sunday. I grill or boil 10 chicken breasts, and mix them with a bunch of mixed veggies for lunch. I bake some huge egg/spinach/sausage casserole thing for breakfast. Pack some water, fruits, nuts...you get the idea.

    thats the info i was looking for.

    yeah i can bring a cooler ill just leave it in my car. I love chicken so thats a good idea to cook a good amoutn of that up

    I did landscaping / mowing doing commercial property's and you cant eat enough.
