WTB: B6 avant, 6mt

I need to pick up a second car and would like to find a good B6 avant with a manual gearbox. Beyond that, I'm somewhat flexible though I would prefer:
-HID's
-Leather
-Power passenger seat

Unfortunately doesn't meet your specs (5 spd, halogen, non-leather, manual seats) but a nice car and maybe worth a look.

What if I had an 03' 3.0/ 6mt with full maintenance 110k, S4 blades Votex skirts and spoiler, fully optioned power heated everything, 17" B7/A4 Special edition wheels, S2+ stereo, and literally zero issues?
How much are they worth now?

PMzeroboy, that's a bit higher in miles than I was hoping for. TB done? That might be an option and you're pretty much local so easier. YGPM.
