Wtt passat b5 sedan for station wagon, ny

Hi there, i have a passat sedan b5, v6 2.8 manual. year 2000, leather sun roof, cruise control etc.


the bad:
it needs 2 front tires
the po hit a dear there is a dent in hood
the front bumper is scratched
the f head lights missmatched a little
it has a valve cover leaks
it has camshaft seals leaks
leather seats are cracked in the front
needs 2 co2 sensors and 1 cat

the good
156 k miles- all jersey
clutch is good
it is a v6 i spinn tires every time easily
the car is a lots of fun to drive
the car is really fast
t-belt done at 130 k miles along with water pump
highway gas mileage is 35 mpg cruizing with passengers at 70 mph
city mpg normal driving 19-22


what the st wagen must be like:

running, no major rust, transmission in order no major engine issues
