    If you preorder, you get a copy of the first game free which you can play right away. T2 will show up in Summer 2012.

    Multiplayer coop, mods, and old school Diablo 1 gameplay. I hope it's really good.

    The only major complaint of T1 was the lack of multiplayer.

    I have the first game but didn't really play it all that much, though it was good. I just forgot about it actually...

    As for the sequel, I'm sure I'll be too busy with Diablo3.

    The DRM for D3 sounds annoying (must always be online). I'm going to try T2 first (I preordered) and if I'm not happy with it I'll go for D3.

    Ubisoft tried that DRM scheme with one of the Assassin's Creed games and there was pushback on that. Let's hope Blizzard also gets the message.
