Cheap Bumper solution/replacement!

So I came across a vw Mk3 bumper for cheap and checked to see if it matched up good enough to my '91 coupe quattro... Well it matched up pretty well, all the body lines match up great except that the bumper is a little short to match the fenders exactly, but it's only off by like 3/4". I originally took out my metal bumper to have it fit, but i'm going to get a newer mk3 bumper soon and try to keep my metal bumper and the blinkers and fogs.

uhh dude I wouldn't consider that fitting and its off more like 2 inches, not to take away from you trying the diy thing which I'm all for but just find a proper bumper made for the car

You might try the B3 passat bumper. Cars themselve look very similar. It was something I had considered looking into.
