04 V8 Touareg w/ 22" HRE's

I'm getting into a TDI so my 04 has to go. It has 80, 500 miles, Offroad Gray w/ Teak interior. Just about all options an 04 can have minus the tow package and locking rear diff. It does have the air ride and useless nav. I also have the Weather Tech floor, cargo mats, and window deflectors. The stock wheels are the 19" Atheos w/ Contis but I also have a set of 22" HRE 643r's with Michelin Diamaris tires 285-35-22. The Contis are still good probably 50% remaining the Michelins will need replaced soon.

The car is perfect mechanically except that it's due for the timing belt. I can have that done on my end for $750 added to the selling price, that's parts and labor by my local indy. No warning lights just had a complete inspection and was vagged. I turned off the TPMS, nav screen accept, seat belt chime, and lowered the air ride.

Exterior the car has one door ding in the driver door and a small spot on the front bumper where the paint cracked and chipped, small but noticeable.

I'm asking $13k for it with stock wheels or $15, 500 with the HRE's.
