yup.. known issue. search is your friend, but ill tell you what i did.
The mounting tab on the underside of the tube?... used a dremel and elongated the hole so i cld get more adjustment out of it. i can sneak my index finger between the pipe and brake resv. now, no vibrations.
another tip is to have the intake tab in front of , rather than behind, the metal tab it mounts to.

im putting on the stage 2 pipe and its not fitting correctly. Has anyone else had problems?

yeah just put it on the front side of that tab. Mine's been like that for like a year and a half

about the vibrations. did you only feel them in the gas pedal under acceleration?
