When does the misfire occur? Under load, at idle, both? Has the coil ground TSB been performed?

Exactly what fault codes do you have?

What are the definitions of P1300 and P1626? I don't know those offhand.

Make sure there are no vacuum leaks. Double-check that you have the wires installed properly. Did you use the correct spark plugs for AEG (NGK BKUR6ET-10, triple-electrode)?

Make sure the MAF is correctly connected and installed, make sure the MAF wires haven't been broken or pinched (P0118).

Clean the throttle body if you haven't already, and then do a Throttle Body Alignment with VCDS. If you disconnected the throttle body connector, this needs to be done for the engine to idle properly, and it's the cause of P1580.

    Then clear the codes.

Any of the above (or combination) can cause misfires and/or the P0423 cat code. Fix it NOW before you destroy that big-bucks catalytic converter.

P1300 is misfire detected, fuel level too low (i have a half of tank) and p1626 is data bus drive missing command from M/T. I appreciate the the help man. I will check the vacuum lines again, change out to the plugs your recommended and have my buddy VAG my throttle body. Thanks again any more input is appreciated
