    WTB: Beater Mk2 5 door from your backyard

    Going to be listing my Mk3 GLX on CL within the next week or two. So I am looking to buy a 5 door Mk2 Golf pretty soon. Only real requirements are that it is mechanically sound, and has working AC. Looking for some good gas millage 8V action here.
    Looking to keep this as cheap as possible, lemme know what you have.

    And I am willing to drive to Tucson to nab one.

    No bueno to hear But I am willing to take a look at 3 doors as well, its just that I would prefer the 5 for extra space. And as far as looks I really don't care too much, this is going to be a cheap daily / camping vehicle for the most part so its about functionality.

    Opening this up to Mk1 Rabbit truck as well, really looking for something that I can beat up a bit but at the end of the day just looking for something cheap. Don't be shy to PM me what you got!
