    Looking to buy a Mk4 Tdi, need advice/tips

    Hey all, its been a long time since I've been on here, but I am looking to trade my current car in (Subaru) for a Mk4 Jetta TDi. I just don't know too much about diesels, and I need some advice on what to look out for or try/test out some things to know if it needs new parts or whatever.

    Do some research on TDIclub too. The engines changed for the MKIV after 2003.
