    Wouldn't be that hard to weld or just get a replacement in the yard.

    Indeed! Both a/c and p/s are coming out and the alt is moving down to the former a/c mounting point. Could have spent $100~ on a factory bracket but went the ghetto route and chopped of about 3lb of excess.

    i've done similiar. just cut the excess metal (GINORMOUS A/C bracket). Used a Aftermarket early small block chevy alt. arm. Fit perfect
