Engine options remain a mystery, but speculation suggests the crossover could be equipped with a 3.5-liter V6. It will likely be connected to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and an optional hybrid SH-AWD system.

Also, my guess is that it's not the 2014 MDX. From all the other phots he took, the beak is waaay too prominent and the headlight and taillights are temporary. Why have a finished grill (which is clearly associated with your marque) when the headlights aren't even done? However, since the beak is so closely associated with Acura, any manufacturer can cobble together a fake Acura beak to throw the hunters off.

Did the TL-S come with 18x8 because otherwise 7" is kinda skinny for an SUV, no?

I wonder if that is a RDX and not MDX. Reason is the current MDX has wheels with bolt pattern 5x120 while the RDX has bolt pattern 5x114. The 2007 TL wheels shown are 5x114. So either Acura is going backwards and is now sharing the powertrain from the RDX on the new MDX or that is a picture of the new RDX.

those are 2007-08 TL-S wheels. They are 17" I had them on my Type-S and I really wished they would have been a little larger. They looked nice, but were a pain to clean

Anyone know what kind of wheels those are? They look vaguely familiar? NSX? Integra? RL? SLX? I just can't figure it out. Anyone?

Seriously Acura if you screw this up IMO the current MDX is still one of the best looking SUV's in production, in fact the current one still looks fresh for being as old as it actually is.

If I didn't know any better, I'd guess it was a TL Type-S.

Weird, but I just did some googling and it turns out we're both wrong. The wheels in question in fact, belong to the Acura TL Type-S.
