Totally useless mod or what? Ive done some searching before and couldn't find bullet proof evidence. Does this IN FACT add WHP to the car? Dyno sheets of before and after installs would be great. In theory it sounds like it would work, but Ive heard its useless. Its a cheap mod and If it actually helps ill gladly toss it in my car. Also would I see a drop in boost? I feel like when I did my Neuspeed P-Flo (done purely for sound because it doesn't do anything) that I peeked another pound of boost, but hold a pound less. Can't remember exactly. Some honest info and results as well as dyno sheets would be very much appreciated. I like to invest my money wisely and am very picky about what I do. Currently looking at the Forge TIP . Thanks fellers
    MK4's suck. I miss my MK2 Neuspeed P-flo, Forge 007 DV, 42DD 3"TBE, BFI Stg2 Dogbone & Stg1 Trans & Motor mounts, ECS Stg1 Clutch kit with 14lb flywheel, NGK BKR6E plugs. 1/4Mile 15.6 @89MPH. Mustang Dyno150whp&155wtq

This mod does not "add" horsepower.

It decreases the amount of restriction in your stock TIP because of high boost pressures freeing up horsepower that you should already be making.

If you are tuned it is 100% worth it.

Thank you, and how do you feel about it on stock tune?

Car is going to be Unitronic Stage 2 very soon. Doing before and after dyno runs etc. Might do some involving this as well. Not sure what to do first. Things like this make me very curious and I want a straight up answer. Just seeing if there are some already out there.

Anyone else have any opinions or proof on anything? Especially on the boost loses and such, if any.

The OEM TIP begins to fold at 14 psi. No need for a silicone TIP with a stock tune
