Dry Carbon Mirrors & Wing?

Has anyone seen any R8 or MK2 TT mirrors and wing made from dry carbon? Like the R8 GT. I'd like to get a matching set. I wonder if I could just get a glossy set and sand the gloss off with a fine paper...

Sanding down a finished set will not look anything like dry carbon.

If your seriously interested PM me and I can line you up with a guy who can make these parts.

Well, I was hoping I could find a cheaper, mass-marketed version instead. I could buy the OEM R8 GT version for like $3k (just for the mirrors). Or I could buy some chinese knockoffs for like $300

I'm not serious about it yet. Just kicking around the idea to see if I can get something inexpensive. I'd rather spend my money on go-faster bits first.
