Still clueless-Dont know how to get seam sealer out from behind strut towers

Like the long title states, I'm still haven't issues trying to get the seam sealer out from behind my strut towers and other areas too, I know people have done it, just curious as to the best way. Thanks
My girlfriend and I may have broken up after three years, but then again, I have the MK2<3

It actually isn't that bad once you just drift away and continuously do it, 3 hours in
