Ok, since no one seems to be stepping up, I will take the lead.
I hereby pronounce this thread to be the OFFICIALish CINCY BEER SWAP EXTRAVAGANZA!
Stealing the narrative from last year (sorta) here is the plan:
1. We're going to limit participates at the first 12 to put their name of the list. This avoids everyone spending too much on the swap, saves trunk space, and makes sure our Canadian brothers and sisters don't get yelled at by the border guards.
2. Your beer should be local, not generally available throughout the US or Canada, and something special. If you're from St. Louis, no Bud Light, please! When signing up, give a beer brand and/or varietal so anyone else in your area doesn't show up with the same one.
3. The swap will commence on Saturday late morning so we all can enjoy the delicious cold ones throughout the day. I will compile a list of beers so that you can learn about the beers you will be enjoying.
The list starts here:
1. scirocco*joe (Joe Mair)

Joe, I am also interested in a 6 or 12 pack of the beer you brought for the swap in '10, if possible. I can buy from you, or if there is something you are missing from up here, another swap.

Instead of my usual Steam Whistle, I'm thinking of something everybody will love/hate this year.

I could bring Steamwhistle or Creemore, though both are widely available here. I am a bit limited as to what the local selection is. Aside from ElT, any preferences? I know Marc likes Tetley....and there are other Mill St selections....if cholland is already bringing the nummy Porrter! LMK if there is a preference or aversion.
