I was looking at Eurospecs lightened flywheel kit, http://eurospecsport.com/products/cl...h-flywheel.htm . The first one on there, just wanted to know if the whole lightened flywheel thing is really worth it, and whether or not these things are less durable.
My girlfriend and I may have broken up after three years, but then again, I have the MK2<3

the lighter flywheel WILL make the engine rev faster, but thats about it. its not going to unlock any magical hidden hp, or anything like that..

myself personally, for a stock 1.8 8v, i would just get a regular ol' Sachs super set (stage 1 or 2, doesnt matter) clutch set and install it..

if you need more holding power than stock, i suggest you use a 16v pressure plate in your setup, rather than the stock 8v piece.. the 16v plate grabs CONSIDERABLY harder without really increasing the clutch pedal feel.

It's going to be basically stock, exhaust an cam if anything. I just wanted to know what the best route was. Engine and trans are already out so I figured I'd get it done. Thanks!
