Fuel flap replacement help

Hi!
I've been reading this forum for a while now, and I think it's a great place, with a lot of useful and interesting information!
This is my first message here, and I need some help, since I don't know how to replace a fuel flap on my Passat B6. I ordered a new one, and it's on its way to me.
How should this be done? Is it complicated, are there some things to take into consideration before I start? Any help is appreciated!

Not sure what you're are trying to replace. Give as a little more detail please.

B6 Passat: I'm sorry, my explanation wasn't probably clear enough, since I wasn't sure what's the part's name in English. One picture is worth a thousand words, so here it is:
It's number 32 I'll be replacing. I believe it's a simple job, but I just want to be 100% sure, since I love my B6 and don't want to hurt her
