Please HElP

Posted this on another forum, but would like to try and figure this out before dark so here goes.

So today i finally got my evom v flow intake in, and i decided i would go ahead and install it, but either i am missing something or just plain dumb..

It didn't come with any instructions but really didnt' think i needed them, so i started got all the stock stuff off and saw this



but there is no where to connect the existing hose.



Where does this piping go?

Do i have the wrong elbow? Do i need to make something? AM i just dumb and missing somehting??

if im not mistaken that pipe you haven in your hand replaces the one coming off the turbo that you have in your pictures

correct, but the other piping that comes before the blow off diverter has no where to run, i think they sent me an mk5 not where that is all underneath the engine and not in front like the r.

I think he's asking where is the bung for the recirc hose on the evoms intake which, I'm not seeing either.

Thank you pizatt i was hoping that would help, but thats the mk5 and hose that runs from the front the the back is not connectiong to the intake like on the r. Damn luck never fails every time i order something off the internet.

Yeah, looks like they sent you the wrong intake if you ordered one for the Golf R.

yep i did order the R and now it seems they sent me the mk5.. Atleast its not me lmao. this time

I seem to get the wrong stuff all. the. time.

Did the intake come with an S shaped plastic pipe that runs over the mani? I think you may have a TSI or a MK5 intake as well. EVOMs is cool as hell, so Im sure they would make it right straight away. Hit up the dude over there named Ian.
