Need help!!!! Transmission

i just got a 05 Audi A4 S Line Quattro and i need to know if anyone can help me with this to figure out whats wrong with it, its an auto trans and i put it in D and R but it takes high rpms to make it move if it moves at all, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt at all. I put it on the VCDS and its not throwing any tranny codes so idk if somethings wrong with the trans. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

look under the car (preferably on stands or lift) and look at the transmission body driver side (I think).
You should notice two big allen bolts one over the other, they are big 14 or 17mm.
If you are parked on level surface you can remove the top bolt and stick your finger in the opening
You should have fluid dripping out or right at your finger, if you do not, you are low.
I am not sure how much fluid does automatic trany hold but my stick did have almost 3L and half was missing by 130k.
