Got a 1999.5 GTI GLX VR6 with some right side body damage. Mechanically great at 168k miles.

I'm the original owner. At 160,000 miles it got a new clutch and timing chains. Only mods are Greddy cat-back exhaust, KYB shocks with newer stock springs, Hella tinted taillights, and Euro light switch.

Other than the corner scuffs the side damage was done while parked and someone backed up and rubbed their bumper along the side. Door seals fine; damage is just cosmetic. It has never been in a real car accident.

Windshield has a crack towards the top that hasn't migrated in over a year. Last year buffed out headlights so they're clear. Interior is beige leather. Shows wear and a few nicks but no major damage. Headliner has light staining from leaving the moonroof tilted open when it rained.

I haven't been trying to sell the car but right now it is just a spare ride that I'm paying insurance on. It has been a fantastic car and I'm emotionally attached to it having had it for so long, but it really should get a new owner.
