    Do not deal with this seller. He shipped me a roof rack with missing parts. I filed a dispute on paypal. He does not want to ship me the parts until I close the dispute. Paypal said to only close the dispute once I receive the parts. These are parts I PAID FOR. They belong to me and he does not want to ship them. For my protection, I won't close the dispute until I receive the parts. He wants to play these games. If I close the dispute, I cannot reopen it or file a claim with paypal.
