I currently have the APR flash but I have had my R up at HPA the past 10 days while they finished up their downpipe design for the R. I may change over to the HPA tune as they are a 2 hour drive from me and I have some big plans for my R which they are helping with...

Hey Dummy saw your car yesterday while I was dropping mine off looks GOOD.So I just dropped my car off at HPA.I think the plan was to use my car as an HPA test car to work on their flash for the new R's.I am thinking this might be a Canadian flash set up to use the crap gas we have in Canada.

    Retired, nice!

I am really happy with the work HPA does. I may switch to their tune in the near future as I may just be crazy and pull the trigger on a BT setup.

Don't have my car yet, but I'm waiting to see if UM can incorporate WOT shifting ignition/fuel cut into their flash. They are supposedly working on a launch control feature too... I don't plan on launching/drag racing the car, but being able to grab the next gear without loosing boost would be tits!

I have an APR on mine and I went only with the 91 tune, I just cross the border to get gas and they only have 92 there. Arin said it shouldn't be a problem even if I go with 93 tune on a 92 gas. What color is your R? Did you go to the spring unsprung yesterday?

APR because the local distributor is a great guy and I like giving him my business. I've also had APR's stuff on four cars now and always been 100% satisfied. Win win.

I am hoping that HPA will have some news in the next few weeks.I KNOW the work on stage 1 is going well. And stage 2 with their downpipe is in the works as we speak!

I can honestly say, their downpipe is AMAZING. I can't wait till they get their intake sorted and the cat back exhaust they are mocking up is a work of art.

Going from APR stage 1 to stage 2 with the HPA downpipe was like going stock to stage 1 all over again. Seriously.
