Nocturne Black and fully loaded will all the power options & looks & smells like a 2010-11, 36k mi, nav etc..BUT, no RSE! I want the two channel system were second & third row passengers can watch a diff movie on each screen, or 2nd row can listen to one radio station and 3rd listens to another, OR video game on 2nd and movie on 3rd row etc, the RSE retrofit I read only allows for one DVD player and one remote. I've read a couple of the great threads on this subject but didn't get what I was looking for, has anyone run into my situation before?

The place I bought the van from is going to install an aftermarket system that just plays DVDs and will have two DVD players, remotes and two headphones for each, etc, but no integration with the satellite radio, am/fm radio, or aux jacks for games (my 'tan comes with power sockets like the wall sockets at home)...I'd like to see a factory retrofit that does integrate with the radio and uses two channels, not one for both, let me know as I have a few days to decide the avenue I can take.

By the sounds of it you have the RER radio(lower right corner) with that and the dual RSE retro fit you should be able to watch 2 different movies.

Follow the link and the chart for YOUR RADIO CODE

Seems straight forward to me, personally I wouldn't go for the aftermarket stuff, I prefer the full integration. Even if you didn't want to go that route and go aftermarket, get a lockpick it will give you all the A/V you can handle, plus possible still retain the integration.

I don't think you can listen to two different radio stations, but I also never tried. Regardless, you will only get one remote control that just the way the system works. With the dual RSE your radio is one DVD player and you will get an additional one that goes near the cup holders on the front dash center stack. Google around the Dual RSE part number, also since it is a Chrysler, find the Chrysler part number for the Dual RSE and google that around, still the same but probably cheaper. I vaguely remember seeing the Chryco RSE for close to $1200 and the single for $700. It's probably on here somewhere. It also looks like there will be a trip to the dealer to have everything initialized so the van know the options are installed, if your doing the install yourself. The sky's the limit!

While traveling from Fl to Ma and back last year, I was able to play with the RSE in our '10 SE while my driving stint was over. The front seats had the radio on, and in the back I was able to put on a different radio station on while using the headphones. Pretty neat feature. Mine has the dual tv sreens. I didn't try to set it up for listening on 3 radio stations, but would be curious to see if it can be done.

I too have an 2009 oddball SEL Premium that came without any RSE. Had the dealer install the 1 screen retrofit and it is nicely integrated with the factory radio. It comes with 1 screen, 1 remote, and 2 sets of headphones. One headset can listen to the movie playing, one can listen to another (e.g., radio) and the speakers can play yet another source. there is also a 2 screen retrofit but it is way more expensive (due to the additional DVD player as noted above).

One other option would be to get a "lockpick" and add aftermarket screens (e.g., headrest) - this would get you some degree of head unit integration.

    Good luck.
