    recommend a home inspector for merrimack valley

    anyone?

    RE agent mentioned (they cannot recommend apparently) abc home inspection, tiger home inspection or RJ insprctions.

    any experience with these?

    yelp reviews were good for abc and tiger, but terrible for RJ

    Seems like a company I wouldn't use. Call Mike Holmes on HGTV. I can't believe I just put that.

    Not Black Dog - they did the inspection when I bought my house. Furnace caught on fire second day after I move in. They said they only are required to say if it works or not. Really? Seems like they should also say if it's safe

    I used James Sperber with American Home Inspections (800.287.1950) at the recommendation of a friend (may actually still be lurking on here) and found him to be very thorough and helpful. Would definitely use him again.
