Hi, I have a 2002.5 24vVR6 with just over 61k miles. I have had it flashed with C2 motorsports Performance Flash last year which didn't cause any problems. I recently replaced both front and rear O2 sensors, within the last 2 months, after having DTCs come up for them specifically. I cleared the codes but had one come up on April 26th. I have had this code pop up a couple times over the last week with different results. I will post abbreviated versions here followed by the full scans.

P1151 - 35-10 - System too Lean - Intermittent

I cleared the DTC but it came back April 27 with a different result:

The car has always had somewhat of a stall problem after being driven for a while, turned off, then started again shortly thereafter, but from what I have read this is common. I Googled the last DTC and found some suggestions regarding a potential air leak in the intake system, though after a cursory search, I couldn't find anything glaring. I'll admit I may not know what to look for specifically. I did replace the shifter rod in the intake last year but have recently heard the clatter come back which I suppose could mean the manifold is worn internally where the rod rotates.
