JonLott thanks ... been here 4 1/2 years... just finally realised I should sign up for vwvortex and go to the regional forums, thanks to hinshu lol.

Hinshu It is installed... 3/4 studs off the turbo installed lol. It doesnt seem to leak, or leak bad. Did order a stud puller though, as vice grips and a torch wasnt working, and will eventually attempt to fix it again . Finally threw the cel for the cat but Monday I have an appointment at SKN Tuning in Frankfurt to go stage 2. Prety freaking excited.

A stud puller? I normally just tighten two nuts down together and then wrench on the one on the back side. Most of the time it pulls the stud right out. Just did it the other day on two exhuast studs! Good luck!!!

Unfortunatly that idea wasnt present when I had the problem... wish you had been there! I think that would work almost every time! Had never broken a stud off until then and my attempts to remove it got me no where
