This was a while back earlier december but i trapped him a 2.0 supercharged golf for his vr6 gti. He told me originally he did the swap yada yada. but he told me mk4 head gasket lightened flywheel and all this stuff had been done. I had a friend of mine look into it and it was a stock engine with a lot more miles than he said so i texted him and got 0 responses. He then responded say sold as is and he was sure he did the swap and worked on the engine. He later told my friend that he bought the engine and did no work to it and just put it in. he also traded my golf away ****ed the dude over hard on the title. and lied out his ass about a fully built engine which my 2.0 was far from.

I disagree with closing or locking scammer threads like this one. They let people know what to look for in a scammer if they happen to return with a different username, stuff like sh!tbox grammar, and piss poor skills at describing things. Plus they're amazingly entertaining. I just killed an hour reading through all this stuff. Who the F tries to sell stuff on internet forums anymore without knowing how to post pictures??? It's not flipping rocket science!

This guy's a doosh, but all his threads should remain open. Give the youngsters a chance to learn how to sniff out the dishonesty that unfortunately lurks in the corners of this humble site.

thats a very valid point pink floyd person, and its also a sad truth that butt fvcks like greek scam honest and experienced mechanics as well as unknowing naive newcomers to the community like myself but like you said this is good proof and evidence of what to look for... I myself, rely a lot on my local vw community for parts but when I do venture to the site in search of a part or advice normally i'm given honest and trustworthy information on what I want to know, something you wont get outta this guy...^^
