I needed a new clutch, and after researching the good shops in the area from the forums and getting a few quotes, I decided to give these guys a try, and I couldn't be happier.
First, (not knocking on the other shops, but I still think it's worth mentioning), they were at least $250 cheaper than other speciality shops in the area for an upgraded 228mm Sachs kit for my 1.8t. I probably could have saved a little more if I brought in my own parts, but I wanted everything to be warrantied, so I used their parts.
I probably called Ivo at least 4 times before I brought my car in to ask him random questions. He was very patient and answered all of them. They were even nice enough to drive me to the Metro station 2 miles down the road when I dropped my car off in the morning since I needed to get to work. Ivo called me in the morning before he started working on my car to double check and make sure he was doing everything I asked him to do, since I asked him to do a little extra with the transmission out (rear main seal, gear oil, etc.). He was very professional for the whole thing, and I wouldn't hesitate at all to bring my car back to Ivo if I ever need any other major service. If you're looking for a place to bring a car, you should give these guys a call.

Ivo is the nicest! I remember years back I brought my 85 GTI to him because of an idling problem. He fixed it for free! I wanted to pay him something, so at his request, I bought them a 12 pack of sodas at the 7-11 they were next door to. Cool peeps for sure.![]()
