I am going to be moving from CNY to LA over 4 stops along the way. I'll be going from home to the Chicago area on 90, then from there to Omaha where I have a friend to stay with (hopefully) by going 88 to 80. When I leave Omaha I'll be heading to Denver via 80 and then 76, again another friends house, and from there to Cedar City on 70 and 15. Then my final travel to LA on 15 and finally 10.

I am wondering if any of you along this way may know of any problems or construction with the roads. I run a low static stance and am not planning on raising it for the trip and just didn't know if anyone could just give me a heads up if they know anything on any of these routes. TIA!

    California portion:

There's always repairs on the 15.

Driving cross-country with a low stance? Are you expecting roads smooth as glass?

There's always construction in Chicago, but nothing too serious. This might help with construction alerts throughout NW Indiana and Illinois: http://www.travelmidwest.com/lmiga/constructions.jsp

Depending on the time of day, I-90 into downtown can be brutal. If your Chicago stop is just to crash overnight, you might be better off staying on I-80.
Also, not sure when you plan on passing through, but Chicago is hosting the NATO Summit on May 20-21. There will likely be road closures, and traffic delays that weekend.

Thanks guys, made it, a little rubbing, but nothing bad, no bottom-outs or anything, got a CEL but it cleared itself. All is well.
